Greenwich, Connecticut Fire Department- Fire Chief Peter Siecienski will retire on May 29th after 40 years of service. Posted in May.

Greenwich, Conneticut Fire Department- Joseph McHugh has been named as the new fire chief. He is currently a Battalion Chief with FDNY. Posted in August.

Naugatuck, Connecticut Fire Department- Fire Chief Ellen Murray will retired in June after 32 years of service. Chief Murray was the first female career firefighter in the state of Connecticut. Posted in May.

New Britain, Connecticut Fire Department- has been awarded a Federal grant in the amount of $84,567.45 for Incident Safety Officer training. Posted in August.
